This year's Family Man Fun Day was our biggest and best yet with over 1300 people enjoying lots of fun in the sun!

Dads' Dance Off!
Visiting dads from Dumfies lead some of our family men through their Blues Brothers routine, much to the enjoyment of the gathered crowd - video footage will be available in due time! Thanks to our DanceMaster compere John Teirney for keeping the troops on the floor!
Family Activities: 
Families enjoyed taking part in a whole range of hands on activities including: Gymboree; Baby Sensory; Baby Sing and Sign; Debutots; The Gladiator Inflatable; Cake Decorating; BookStart Rhyme Time; UC Gamers; Climbing Wall; Regenfx Basketball; Scout Outdoor Challenge; Arts and Crafts; Community Learning Darts Challenge; Italian Cookery Demo from Pietruccio's, Hamilton; Motorbikes from Hamilton Motorcycles; Sportsworx Speedcage and Urban Football Challenge; Strathclyde Fire Brigade Oil Pan Safety Demo; 
Warriors and Mascots:
Glasgow Warriors Rugby players Dave McCall and Ruaridh Jackson were on hand to take young potential players through Hamilton Rugby Club's challenge course, whilst our brave mascots ran the course in soaring temperatures in the Mascot Race!
Hamilton Accies' Hammy the Hamster once again retained his title by beating Hamish the Bookstart Bear; Zimbar the Roadsafety Zebra and Funky the Fit Food Monkey to the finish! 
Following his success in the Mascot Race, Hammy (closely followed by Funkey) also took part in the Family Fun One Furlong Race!
Dance Displays and Demos:
Express Yourself Streetdancers; Elaine McDade School of Dance; Dance Central and Hamilton Muay Thai boxing club showed spectators how it should look!
